The Ministry of Business Development (MoBD) is responsible for the initiation, formulation, monitoring, and evaluation of national policies and programs aimed at improving the entrepreneurial and technical skills of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) particularly the youth in line with the government’s Economic and Social Development Agenda.
